Join Shannon Myers, LMFT, for a session focused on healing after pregnancy and infant loss. Using mindfulness, breath, and body awareness, participants will explore grief, self-care, and reconnect with their bodies, no prior experience needed.

Presenter Bio:

Shannon Myers is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years of clinical experience. Specializing in supporting women and birthing parents, she helps individuals navigate infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. With a personal understanding of pregnancy loss, Shannon is dedicated to helping clients cope with grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her approach integrates mindfulness, breath work, guided imagery, and somatic awareness, while also considering family history and relationships. Based in the SF Bay Area, Shannon also facilitates peer-led support groups for bereaved parents through the North Bay HAND Chapter and co-founded Marin Perinatal Therapy to provide maternal mental health resources.
